These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "user") and MEDIAPRONET SRL (operating as GrantArchive)("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the GrantArchive website (including https://grantarchive.com), mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

GrantArchive provides a platform for discovering, searching, and tracking U.S. federal government grants and funding opportunities. Our Service includes:

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Grant information provided through our Service is compiled from publicly available sources, including Grants.gov. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of grant listings. Always verify information directly with the issuing agency before making application decisions.

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer both free and premium subscription plans. The features included in each plan are described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any plan at any time with reasonable notice.

6.2 Billing and Payment

For premium subscriptions, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

6.3 Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your subscription. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans, subject to the following terms:

6.3.1 Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase date or the most recent renewal date of the subscription.
  • The 30-day guarantee applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans.
  • Only the most recent billing charge is eligible for a refund. Prior billing periods are not refundable.
  • Each account is eligible for a maximum of one refund. Subsequent purchases after a refund are not eligible for an additional refund under this guarantee.

6.3.2 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Please include your full name, the email address on file, and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

6.3.3 Effects of a Refund

Upon approval of a refund, your paid subscription will be cancelled immediately and your account will be downgraded to the free plan. You will retain access to any data stored in your account under the free plan limits but will lose access to premium features effective immediately.

6.3.4 Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that the refund request is part of a pattern of abuse (such as repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles) or if the account has been suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms. Promotional or discounted subscriptions may have separate refund terms, which will be stated at the time of purchase.

6.3.5 Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension and may delay the resolution of your request.

6.3.6 Statutory Rights

Nothing in this refund policy limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Where local law provides for a longer cooling-off period or different refund rights, those rights shall prevail.

6.4 Subscription Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can request cancellation at any time from your pricing page; cancellation timing and end-of-access date depend on your selected plan, payment provider rules, and the point within your billing cycle when cancellation is requested.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7.2 Grant Information Disclaimer

GRANT INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH OUR SERVICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY GRANT LISTING IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. USERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING ALL GRANT INFORMATION WITH THE ISSUING FEDERAL AGENCY BEFORE SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION FROM OUR SERVICE.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Moldova, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your place of residence apply.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, unless applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.

9.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
