The closing date for receipt of applications under this announcement is January 15, 2009. Applications must be successfully submitted at http://www.grants.gov no later than 11:59:59 p.m. (Eastern Time) and then subsequently validated by Grants.gov. DOL requires applicants to submit their applications electronically through Grants.gov, unless prior written approval for an exception is granted.
