Projects submitted by organizations that do not provide proof of legal status will not be considered. U.S. applicants may be registered 501c3 not-for-profit organizations, including think-tanks and civil society/non-governmental organizations with programming experience; individuals; or educational institutions. For-profit or commercial entities are not eligible to apply.
