Those eligible to apply for the OOF grant include Paralympic Sport Clubs, colleges/ universities, Parks and Recreation Agencies, Veterans Service Organizations (VSOs) and community-based non-profit organizations. Eligibility is focused on provision of qualified rehabilitative support through Paralympic and adaptive sports to disabled Veterans and disabled members of the Armed Forces.
