Due to technical difficulties, NIST is extending the deadline for proposal submission for its Construction Grant Program competition to 3 p.m. Eastern Time, Friday, August 1, 2008. NIST will accept only paper submissions during the extended time period. Paper submissions must be received no later than 3 p.m. Eastern Time, Friday, August 1, 2008. Review, selection, and grant award processing is expected to be completed by the middle of November 2008. Paper submissions must be sent to the National Institute of Standards and Technology, 100 Bureau Drive, Stop 4701, Gaithersburg, MD 20899-4701.
