25Eligible applicants are Tribes and Tribal organizations as described in the ICDBG regulations at 24 CFR §1003.5. Tribal organizations must submit a copy of their eligibility determination with the application unless they have already submitted such documentation to HUD previously. There is no limit on the number of applications an eligible applicant can make under this announcement. Individualsforeign entitiesand sole proprietorship organizations are not eligible to compete foror receiveawards made under this announcement.
